Creatures we Do and Don't know a lot about
These creatures listed below provide interesting things about them. Even though these aren't all the species of the ocean, they are some of the most common. Check them out!
Barreleye Fish: This crazy-looking fish has eyes inside its transparent head, and you can even see its brain! They are commonly found in the Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian oceans. Its mouth is toothless, and the things in his head that look like eyes are called nares, which function like nostrils do.

Roughback Batfish: These species live in the Western Atlantic along the U.S. coast. Their depth range is 26-126 meters, and their diet includes snails, clams, and scallops. They grow up to 3.9 inches in length.

Pink See-Through Fantasia: This animal is commonly found in the Celebes sea, off of the western Pacific Ocean. Uniquely, its mouth, anus, and intestines are seen from inside, which is almost a little creepy. It is a type of sea cucumber first discovered in 2007.

Dolphins: They are believed to be very intelligent. Dolphins live in school with up to 12 dolphins, they are carnivores, the Killer Whale is a type of Dolphin, and dolphins use blow holes to breathe.

Great White Shark: They can be found close to the coast, they can grow to 4.6 meters long, they have 300 sharp, pointy teeth arranged in seven rows,. and they generally feast on sea lions, seals, and small whales.

Blue Whale: They are the largest animal on Earth, they feed on much small marine life, including krill. catch their food by diving, and many of them die from large ship impacts.
